Basic Sign-up Procedure 

• 1First Contact to our Sales Dept. for further any process clarification
• 2Then fill the CAF (Customer Application Form) to us by mail and also attach require all documents as per process
• 3You can pay Application Charge by Cheque / DD / Bank Transfer
• 4If you want to do sign up at our office then, Call us to fix your schedule for sign up procedure directly at our office. On sign up day you have to give all the required documents ( Office / Residence address proof , Photo ID , Passport size Photo, Company Profile etc. ). On the same day we will make an agreement and give training & demo work
• 5If you want to sign up without coming to our office, then you have to make a DD in favor of “Richa Software Solutions payable at bhubaneswar’’ and send DD by courier to our given address or make a transfer by bank and send bank receipt by mail with attachment of documents ( Office / Residence address proof , Photo ID , Passport size Photo )
• 6We will send your SLA by mail within 24-48 hours. You need to print this on legal stamp and send it back to us by courier & we will send back your agreement after signature procedure.
• 7Then Our Expert Trainer will provide you training and demo work to your expertise. Then you can continue the Demo work as per preferable accuracy set up
• 8After finalize agreement and complete demo work, you have to inform 3-4 days before when you want to start original work. we will send work on your given date
• 9We are always requesting to our clients to contact or can mail us your all queries as a Query Mail during the Live Ids Containing which will make you more strength for achieving the accuracy target.
• 10You can freely contact to our Customer Care guys from Monday to Saturday in between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm Indian Time
